The fly ash dedicated dryer is an energy-efficient industrial drying system designed to reduce the high moisture content of fly ash. It utilizes hot air circulation to achieve rapid drying, meeting the standards for recycling (e.g., as cement additive or construction material).
Working Principle
Wet fly ash is fed into a rotating drum equipped with lifting plates. High-temperature hot air (generated by gas, coal, or waste heat) flows counter-currently/co-currently to evaporate moisture. Dried fly ash is discharged, while exhaust gas is purified via dust collectors.
