Performance characteristics

1. The hot blast stove is built with labyrinth firewall to prevent large particles from entering.

3. Three channel internal welding combined heat conduction exchange device enhances rapid drying of materials.
4. The technology of rapidly reducing the temperature of outgoing materials.

2. It is one half of the floor area of single drum dryer with the same output.
3. It features reliable operation, low energy consumption, and thermal efficiency up to 80% (only 35% for single drum dryer), saving energy by 68% compared with single drum dryer, and increasing output by 100%.
4. Good drying effect of materials, no need for big and small gears to rotate, using idler wheel to rotate, reducing power consumption by 60%, easy to realize automatic control, and few operators.
