Single-drum rotary horizontal dryer
The supply of drying heat can be hot blast furnace, fluidized bed furnace or gasifier furnace , which can be designed separately according to the regional resources, so as to effectively reduce the production cost.
The heat exchange between the heat and materials in the section is sufficient. A specially designed lifting plate is used. At the same time, a multi-layer heating device is added in the dryer, so that the heat can fully stay within the length of the horizontal dryer and achieve full heat exchange with materials.
The automatic temperature control system can effectively adjust the heating efficiency of various furnace types to ensure energy conservation.
