TZMB Series Explosion-Proof Pulse Jet Bag Dust Collectors for Coal Mills
TZMB series coal mill explosion-proof pulse bag dust collector is a series of high-efficiency bag dust collector newly developed by our company. The equipment uses anti-static filter materials, has an explosion-proof structure, and is equipped with an over-temperature alarm. It is applicable to the coal powder manufacturing system and the collection of flammable and explosive dust. It adopts the advanced chambered offline dust removal method to prevent the “re adsorption” of dust after dust removal. It has the characteristics of large dust removal capacity, good dust removal effect, low system resistance, long service life of filter bags, high dust removal efficiency, etc
This dust collector features high dust removal energy, excellent dust removal effect, low system resistance, long filter bag lifespan, and high dust removal efficiency. The entire machine uses PLC automatic control, and parameters can be set and adjusted according to process changes.
This series of dust collectors consists of various specifications with different numbers of chambers and different numbers of filter bags per chamber. Each chamber can have 32, 64, or 96 filter bags, all with a diameter of 130mm and a length of 2450mm.
