1.Structure
This collector dust is composed of an upper box body, an ash bucket, ladder platform, bracket, pulse cleaning and discharging device, total six parts.
- Working Principle
Under the action of the main fan of the system, the dusty air enters the air box at the bottom of the dust collector from the air inlet at the bottom of the dust collector for pre-treatment of the dusty air, and then enters each dust removal chamber of the upper box from the bottom; The dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, and the filtered clean air enters the clean air chamber of the upper box through the filter cartridge and is collected at the air outlet for discharging.
As the filtering condition continues, the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter cartridge will accumulate more and more, which will correspondingly increase the operating resistance of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the upper limit of the resistance of the dust collector should be maintained within the range of 1400~1600Pa. When the limit is exceeded, the PLC pulse automatic controller should send instructions through the fixed resistance or timing to carry out the three state dust clean.
The dust cleaning process of the filter cartridge dust collector is to first cut off the clean air outlet channel of a room to make the room in a static state of air flow, and then carry out compressed air pulse back blowing for cleaning dust. After cleaning dust , it has several seconds of natural sedimentation, then open the clean gas outlet channel of the room, not only to clean the dust thoroughly, but also to avoid the secondary adsorption of the dust generated by blowing dust, so as to clean the dust room by room.

1. Structure
This dust collector consists of six parts: upper casing, ash hopper, ladder platform, support frame, pulse cleaning system, and ash discharge device.
2. Working Principle
Under the action of the system’s main fan, the dust-laden gas enters the air box at the bottom of the dust collector through the air inlet at the bottom for pre-treatment. Then, it enters the dust collection chambers in the upper casing from the bottom. The dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cartridges, and the filtered clean gas passes through the filter cartridges into the clean air chamber of the upper casing and is discharged through the outlet.
As the filtration process continues, the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter cartridges will increase, correspondingly increasing the operating resistance of the equipment. To ensure the normal operation of the system, the upper limit of the dust collector resistance should be maintained within the range of 1400~1600 Pa. When this limit is exceeded, the PLC pulse automatic controller will issue a command through constant resistance or timed control to perform three-stage cleaning.
The cleaning process of this cartridge-type dust collector involves first cutting off the clean air outlet channel of a certain chamber, placing that chamber in a static airflow state. Then, compressed air pulse back-flushing is performed for cleaning. After cleaning and a few seconds of natural settling, the clean air outlet channel of that chamber is reopened. This not only ensures thorough cleaning but also avoids secondary dust adsorption caused by pulse cleaning. This process is repeated cyclically for each chamber.
