The pulse pleated filter cartridge dust collector is an efficient and energy-saving dry dust removal equipment that uses pleated filter cartridges as filtering elements and combines pulse jet cleaning technology. It is widely used in industrial dust removal scenarios with high dust concentration and fine particles. Compared to traditional bag filters, it has advantages such as large filtration area, compact structure, good dust cleaning effect, and easy maintenance.
(1) Efficient filtration
High filtration accuracy: capable of processing fine dust particles ranging from 0.1 to 10 μ m, with an emission concentration of ≤ 10mg/m ³ (as required by national standards).
-Large filtration area: The filtration area of a single filter cartridge can reach 15-30 ㎡(depending on the depth and size of the pleats), and the equipment volume is smaller.
(2) Pulse cleaning advantage
Online dust cleaning: No need to shut down, ensuring continuous operation.
Low energy consumption: requires less compressed air (0.4~0.6MPa), saving more than 30% energy compared to reverse air dust collectors.
(3) Long lifespan and low maintenance
Filter cartridge lifespan: usually 2-5 years (depending on the nature of the dust), easy to replace (top mounted).
Modular design: can be combined with multiple units, suitable for high air flow conditions.
